This 230V 50Hz motor is designed to field- replace the motor in motorized zone valves.

Synchronous motors are commonly found in central heating boilers.

The boilers have two functions, to supply hot water to the taps and to supply hot water to the radiators.

The motor is designed to operate in the closed (off) position, or when energised, in the stalled and open positions.
